I am a Behavioural Psychologist and Relationship Expert specialising in counselling and coaching for both couples, companies and individuals. Sessions are either in person in my private counselling rooms in Hove or via Zoom.

Nearly all couples go through difficult times. Whether you recognise that there are issues in your relationship or simply feel that something ‘isn’t quite right’, I offer a customised six-session package, enabling you to repair and rescue your relationship wherever possible.
Marriage is the biggest step you can take as a couple and it’s key that your values, aspirations and lifestyles are fully compatible. Some couples have issues that they are aware of, while others feel they need a pre-marriage MOT. I can help with both.
The pressure has never been greater to perform well and productively in the workplace. Often for long hours and/or the demands of working from home. And that is sometimes at the cost of your personal wellbeing. I specialise in working with individuals and small businesses to establish a customised wellbeing programme for employees at all levels.
As the UK’s first Dating Coach, having received two prestigious awards for my work, I can help you if you’re looking for an enduring relationship, want to understand more about what you want and why, have a difficult pattern of past relationships or simply want help to navigate the world of dating in real life and on apps.

I am a Behavioural Psychologist specialising in media and news analysis in broadcasting, a TV and radio personality, a TV Duty of Care Psychologist and an Award-winning Relationship Counsellor and Dating Coach.
With regular appearances on national TV and radio, I also contribute to a number of newspapers and magazines, commenting, observing and analysing relationships – from topical news items to celebrity lifestyles - including The Sun, The Guardian, and The Independent.
I conduct research and am an Ambassador and Spokesperson for many PR campaigns, providing expert insight and commentary into some of the UK’s leading brands and products, including Samsung, Purina, HSBC, Ofcom and Google.
I also work as an Assessment, Duty of Care and Welfare Psychologist, supporting contributors through reality, news and documentary TV series.
